Phases

- Design: Configuring the system to meet specific nursing requirements.
- Testing: Conducted via sandbox environments to identify bugs.
- Implementation: 'Go-live' and transition to the new system.
Nursing Involvement
- Act as super-users to support peers during rollout.
- Provide feedback on usability and workflow efficiency.
- Help develop training materials for end-users.
- Evaluate post-implementation impacts on patient safety.
